About my mission
“The systems, habits, and structures that enabled success in one business can be applied to many others with strong results.”
Hi, I’m Lazer Rumpler, an EOS-trained business integrator. For over 20years, I led day-to-day operations at Godinger Silver Art, where I wasresponsible for managing teams, solving complex operational challenges, andensuring the business consistently moved forward.
Over time, I came to recognize a key insight: the systems, habits, andstructures that drive success in one business are often highly transferable andcan create meaningful impact across many others. Rather than keeping thatexperience within a single organization, I chose to apply it more broadly byworking directly with business owners.
I partner closely with leadership teams to bring clarity, define roles andaccountability, and implement systems that are practical and sustainable. Myexperience becomes an asset to your business—helping operations run moreefficiently, teams stay aligned and enabling you to lead with greaterconfidence and focus.
About my passion
“What drives me most is seeing you lead your business with confidence.”
I’m passionate about helping business ownersreduce friction, gain clarity, and achieve lasting peace of mind. I created myprogram to bridge the gap between advice and execution—guiding leaders fromoverwhelm to clarity and meaningful action.
What drives me most is seeing:
- You leading your business with confidence and clarity.
- Your processes operating smoothly and consistently.
- Your team members working in roles that align with their strengths.
- You delegating effectively and focusing on what matters most to drive sustainable growth.
Being part of that transformation is what makes this work trulymeaningful to me.
About my approach
I focus on three core aspects:
Clarity
Is your business vision clear, and are your goals well defined?
Responsibility
Does every team member clearly understand their role and your business vision?
Accountability
Are all team members taking ownership of and fulfilling their responsibilities?
